The Nike report makes three other points about China that would apply equally to any global company that has a similar business relationship with China:

"A pervasive lack of clarity over what constitutes law complicates monitoring efforts" of labor standards.

"Falsification of information by factories often related to wages and hours of work is common.

"The massive, temporary migration of workers driven from the rural areas into China's largest cities in search of employment has several effects, including putting workers in a vulnerable position because their jobs and access to social services depend on their employers applying for permits on their behalf."
